Very surprised Hull got away with a forearm smash to Seniors head off the ball in a build up to a try, I noticed the commentators missed it too. Senior hard man that he is, didn't get up.

Why are violent incidents always overlooked when a try is scored after it? I noticed at one point Senior tryed tackling a man with his knees (ala Paul Reilly) as Hull scored in the corner late on.

Too much of this in RL, no wonder the game won't spread. I've talked to a few north based Union players about why they chose Union over League (or to stay in Union) and they pointed cheap shots in RL out.

I know RL is a tough game and all is well until an opponent does it to one of your players.

How the feck can you hide on a rugby pitch? Unless you get subbed off or no longer get involved in any tackles or take the ball in, you'll never be able to avoid the biff. What Bailey does is perfect, winds the opposition up until they feel the need to retaliate usually giving us a penalty or one of their players being binned. Call him a coward if you want, but not retaliating to them means he will never be binned and the opposition always will.

The only reason Burrow got binned was because he came running in, however had he not Luaki would have probably been the one leaving the pitch.

Senior actually was involved in a 3rd incident that went "unnoticed," ran in and smacked Luaki. Big overhand right too! and that wasn't in a build up to a try either.

Too true, according to a tiny little fella in a bar in Headingley tonight I bumped into he got "4 unanswered shots into a big giant of a man and knocked him clean out for 15 minutes!"

Lauaki did a fine job of hiding on the wing after the incident as proven on our last try with his EPIC FAIL of a tackle on Ryan Hall

IIRC Luaki got the penalty so was deemed the innocent party. The really lucky one was Senior who came running in even later than Burrow and swung a haymaker at Luaki, which strangely was missed by the officials.
