| Any announcements on venues? Will they play any games in PNG or NZ I wonder? I'll def head over to ANZ for the final and to Melbourne if they play a game at their new stadium.

| What are peoples thoughts on bringing the welsh into a 5 nations tournemount in 2015? By then the promising young welsh players we have seen will be established sl players for a number of years will have played against higher qaulity opposition in the euro nations (france), played in the world cup and quite possibley had some players playing for gb, so they should be a much better international team. They would finnish bottom in there first year no doubt (as the french have done this year) but the experiance would boost them considerabley and strengthen the international game.
Thoughts please.

Too early to tell.
The Welsh looked good against second tier nations but are still a very young side. If that development continues over the next couple of years and into the World Cup then it's a possibility. The downside is that it would require an additional week building into the tournament which lengthens the season even further.
Personally in 2011 and 2012 I'd like to see England playing a three test series against the Aussies and Kiwis up here in an attempt to build interest and momentum towards the World Cup.

Too many games plus you cannot ' group ' an odd number of teams easily
Non Starter , It's up to the Welsh to beat the French in nexts years euro cup to get a crack at the big teams

I think the idea is a nice one but for reasons others have stated it wouldn't really work. If another European country produced a Superleague standard team then six nations would work, but if that is in the future then it is so far away I can't possibly see it.
What I'm looking forward to - and/or hoping for! - is the time to arrive when England, France and Wales [iall[/i have to compete with each other to get into the Four Nations. That would mean serious international competition in the northern hemisphere was actually happening!

The qualifying process is probably the best decision the RLIF have made for years. I like the fact that next year's Euro Cup will have a real incentive, just like this year's Pacific Cup did.

About 100 years of union 5 nations would disagree with you about that.
I think that once the 4-nations is established we would want to see how it continues with the invitational sides. Will France establish themselves as the NH 4th side? Will PNG do the same for the SH? If not, then leave it as it is, giving other sides a chance to take part and the non-partakers soemthing to aim for. If, however, we see a dominace of PNG and France, then maybe 5 or 6 sides with a second invitational spot for each hemisphere.
It's way too early to discuss this after just one year though.
