| Also he is very explosive with fast turn over on the little legs from that distance he has them beat at the start. With a length of the pitch effort more likely he would be caught

To explain this, I believe you need a long corridor, and pillows. Or maybe I'm getting it mixed up . . .

Because he is a very exceptional player?
At the last Bullbuiilder event, someone asked the panel who was the hardest opponent each had played against. As an example, I think John Hamer said Kurt Sorensen (and I suspect he would be far from the only one). Who did Lynchy say? Rob Burrow. He said he'd happily run at the big buggers all day; its the little guys, who can run round you, who are the hardest.

| Did he not dummy and go down the side where Platt would have been? Had Platt still been on the pitch at that moment, i don't think Burrow would have scored that (which is something i never thought id say!)

| I met Rob Burrow at a party in Plaza hotel (I think its called that) in Leeds about 4 years back. He was smaller than me then or same size. And I asked him whowould he run at, obviously he said bigger guys like Lynch, Vagana as they are slow on their feet.

He's a good sport though. When (I think it was Platty) chased a ball near the corner and finished up over the hoardings, before running back into position for the restart, Burrow stopped and offered his hand to help him back over the adverts. Platty just hurdled it anyway, but good sportsmanship on Burrow's part.

I think Whitehead took the dummy, the only mistake I remember him making. If the winger was Ah Van my granny is faster off the mark, & she's been dead 30 years. A quality HB should be just about the fastest player on the pitch over 10m. Alex Murphy was unbelievable. Brough is another.

They've also replaced Mclennon with MacDermott too.

| Burrow went completely clear, there was no winger within cooee. Not even Usain Bolt would have made up 20 metres on Burrow, who is very nippy over 40-50 and bloody fast off the mark too. Which I believe is due to him having practically zero mass to accelerate.
