How do you suppose Potter will use the squad as these fall within 2 days of each other.

Bateman, Burgess, Finnigan, McAvoy, O'Brien etc to play in the Keighley game while the team you would expect to see play Leeds at Cardiff on the 13th will play against Wakefield.

I wouldn't be shocked to see a player or two feature in both.

We've a big enough squad this year to allow us to field two entirely different squads for both games. I'd expect a mainly academy team with a few fringe 1st teamers to go to Keighley and a likely indication of the team that will play Leeds in Cardiff to turn out against Wakey

plus the there are more experienced players in squad this year. once we got past first 20 or so last year we were pretty much into the u20's. This year we've got 26 decent players before u20s come into the reckoning ( Im classing likes of addy,donaldson,crookes etc as experienced as they all played a reasonable number of 1st team games last year).

Its been the academy team at Keighley the last few times I've been, you get a look at them too because you're practically on the pitch with them!!

I don't think the above post was a criticism. I love grounds like Keighley where you can get close to the action. It almost makes a trip to Belle Vue pleasant (almost)
