I think it's counter productive to show games live even if they're friendlies. But extended highlights and interviews on a service like this would be great. Plus they could put u19's matches on etc.

Think usually you get 19's during the week after and the SL games a week or so late |

Some of the U19's games are shown live on Wigan t.v.
For the first team games you get 2 mins highlights 2 hours after the final whistle, with 15 minutes highlights 22 hours later.
Then there's also interviews with players and coaching staff etc on a regular basis and the pre match press conference on a weekly basis once the season starts.
For £35 a year it's good value IMO.

For this Sunday they are marrying up the live video with Wish FMs commentary team of Bilko, Joe Mills, Chris Price and Mike Bennett. |

It's definitely something I hope Saints look into, can't argue with the price, shouldn't be too difficult to set up and would provide an extra revenue stream. Maybe it means you'll have to sell one less player a year if it sells well at Wigan.

It would be minimal I would think. Use a pre existing platform that would be buttons to pay usage rights for and everything is video'd anyway!

I can't make every game although I've got a season ticket and I'd certainly pay £35 p.a. for this service (not the wigan service obviously!).  |

Apart from the Mike Rush / Kez temporary coaching year in 2012 does anyone know the last time this happened at the same time ?
