There's a strange anomaly that already exists in Civil Partnership law. If a same-sex couple enter into a civil partnership and one of them then transitions, the partnership is automatically anulled. Perversely, a similar situation doesn't occur if one partner of a male/female marriage undergoes gender reassignment |
