Ganson was fine, let if flow, number of penalties fairly few, not whistle happy like some, all in all good.

My only issue with Ganson was that every potential Saints try scoring chance was referred to the video ref for a clear decision yet the Bailey "try" when Webb jumped for the ball was ruled out in an instant. No referral.

I am not saying it was a legitimate try but I am saying it was worth a look by the video ref. Certainly worth as much of a look as Gardner and Eastmonds obvious no trys.

The Webb foul on Long was the most blatant thing ever though, so why go for the video referee when you are 100% positive?

To me it looked arguable. Webb jumped fror the ball. At the least check it out. Certainly not as blatant as Gardner being and touch and short or Eastmond putting sven feet in touch and taking the flag out but best make sure with those Saints efforts

I am not saying hid decision was wrong. Just wondered why he didn't have the same courage and conviction with those other specific incidents.
