IMHO the initial "position" is purely accidental and if you watch the replay JJB clearly released the hold as he realises whats happening.

The real culprit is Graham who fakes injury and is a total BAD LOSER.

Didnt a Saints player also get reported for a similar offence earlier this year and IIRC only got a written warning.

Lets look at it properly eh... Cunningham was in the touch judges face. It was not until after Stains scored that Bentham told JJB that "The touch judge has mentioned that your tackle etc etc and you are going on report"

So, this is after Cunninghams earbashing the touch judge. Why didnt the touch judge run onto the field with his flag in the air at the time of the incident?? If it was as the touch judge reported foul play then Leeds should have been penalised for it.

Also, didnt he do well in telling Bentham that Senior had attempted murder when he slotted one on Wilkin - big hard Wilkin who cuffed Hall after he had scored his second try.

I'm not a fan of what Jon does on the field sometimes but that was harmless and meaningless and quite pedantic IMO

Cunningham being our captain means he is within his rights to bring something to the attention of the officials. I think your captain was there at the time also.

Wilkin will walk away, he is a cheap shot merchant who likes to give it but can not take it. Just like he walked away from Keef, and more than once as the tv replays showed.
