What a HUGE weekend for the mighty Fax.

Don't know whether you guys know, but the Storm are also in the Grand Final as are the Storm under 20's team the Thunderbolts.

I figured a few of you will probably have a soft spot for the Storm after the WCC warm up in 2008.

The Thunderbolts have our very own G.Widdop playing at fullback in the Toyota cup GF.

Gareth will be taking the step up to the first team squad next year, so you never know he may get an opportunity to play some NRL in 2010.

It's going to be a fantastic weekend if/when all 3 teams win. You never know Storm may be over again for the World Club Challenge. Hopefully they'll line up another game against Fax as a warm up.

Is the NRL GF being broadcast in the UK?

The World Club challenge warm up games have been awarded to Harlequins for the next three years. Unless they actually win the Grand Final that is. So no chance of us getting a game i'm afraid.

Big shame another RFL sham, all because they need to throw Quins a lifeleline I bet.
Would mean a lot more to fans of a Championship club rather than a SL club imo

The Eels totally ruined my perfect weekend beating the Bulldogs in the semi's.. It would have been awesome to see a Dogs-Storm final and then watch cougars and Fax in our final!!!

all so halifax tag team play saturday ( at the home of york rlfc) in the grand final comp, looking to end the season with some silverware in the 7s torny, it sure is a BLUE AND WHITE weekend,

we will get thr rfl to cancel the challange cup final next time, so we can raise a team,,
