The Star Man Dinner will be on Friday 11th September 2009 7:30 at Bowers Mill Barkisland.
Cost will be £25.00 per person, organise a table of ten and get it for £22.50 each

Just a little bit more info....

We will be serving a delicious four course meal, all the players and staff will be in attendance, presentations will be made to sponsors, the Courier Star Man Award will be presented, Pete Emmett is our "Celebrity MC" and entertainment is being provided by Gareth Oliver from Britains Got Talent who had everyone in stitches when perfomed his amazing act before at a game.

I'm not a scratter from Illingworth - i'm a scratter from Ovenden. I moved up literally in the world and advanced to Illingworth, or in my wife's words 'lower Ogden'.

Anyway I hope the fans attend the star man event this year because it should be great night. Gareth Oliver is really funny and we've got some good stuff lined up for the players who will all be there on the big night.

The price of £25 is really cheap as well - a lot of clubs charge double that for their presentation awards dinners.

Hope to see you all there on the night.
