I have been lurking on these forums for quite some time now and would like to ask the board the following questions:

What is the Board doing about the recent dip in form?

If this form continues will the situation be same as in 2006 when the board belatedly sacked Farrell?

This forum is being ruined by a certain person with numerous accounts and you're sleepwalking through it all. Prior to April this year we had new users once in a blue moon. Have you seen how many are created on a daily basis now? What I believe is one user - one sad git, is plunging this forum into the depths of crapness. We even have threads which are being communicated on by several "users" chatting to each other when in fact it is the same cretinous person. Is there nothing that can be done to permanently ban this idiot? Any user with less than 200 posts is probably sourced from the same neanderthal bashing out another crap post from his keyboard. It's a shame because this forum used to be a good sounding board for proper Halifax RLFC debate. Now it's just a playground for a sad individual.

We are trying to stamp out these pointless posters but of course with these things it isn't as easy as it may seem.

I don`t think it is as easy as that it can be dificult some time.Some time ago I had a message from a very nice forum mod asking if I was having a conversation with myself on the board. I was not it was my hubby on the laptop upstairs , so although it may seem as it`s the same person it may just be 2 of them. However I do agree he is spoiling the message board.

why do you presume because i am a shayman i hate fax? some people on here will testify that i both own a fax shirt and have worn it with pride while attending many of fax's games this season

when i first signed up i was made to feel like a second class citizen due to an inferior knowledge of the game. this is what started the wind ups of individuals like littlerich who are far too preoccupied in explaining to everyone how intelligent they are

I have always and will always want the Shaymen and the Fax to win every game and so should everyone from HALIFAX IMO

Maybe I spend too much time on here but you can tell a mile off which accounts are the ones set up purely to troll. You can tell by the language used and style of writing and the immediate responses given straight away by the same person with a different account.

I suppose it's harmless and really, who gives a crap but I just think it's a shame that a great forum gets ruined by one pratt - you can tell the one - he protests too much. He's as obvious as a nail in the head.

though a town fan all my lif i have over recent years had a growing interest in the egg chasers, long may it continue

if we get back in super league i feel town fans will respect the rugby a lot more. you see the reason for much of the hostility is the false promises that were made when rugby first came to the shay. end of rant.

The club should put this in their license application. If anything is going to aid our push for promotion it's the approval from the influential Town fans. That's what I've been craving for over the last 20 years - the nod of approval from Wendyballers.

No. The debate centres mainly on Rugby League. This is a rugby league forum you see. I think people that want to debate football do so on football sites. This is a rugby league site - where any debate starts and ends with RL matters.

Fellas, please. This is a damn good forum with a lot of people whose views and opinions I appreciate. The title of this topic is an interesting one and certainly one that needs answering - hence all our frustration. Sadly all that's happened is a competition to see who can p**s the highest.

If we're not gonna get any reassurances from the board then this forum is the place to discuss topics, share opinions and assure each other.

Rich if you are suspicious of halifaxxx or styler or whoever don't rise to it. Let's keep this forum open for reasoned debate opinion sharing and driving our great club onwards. I live a long way from fax and don't get much chance to see them so this forum is a lifeline for me and I'm sure many others.

Come on lads, let's put the toys away and keep this space for all things fax. Our club is in a bit of a crisis and needs us
