I read this week that Keith Senior has signed a new deal untill 2010, and that he is one of 5 people who have played in every Super League season since 1996, i think Sean Long, Kieron Cunningham and Terry Newton have but cant think of the other, any help??

I thought it was only Keith Senior.

Yeh Im sure hes the only player left to have played in each season, Think someone retired last year who held the same record, though may be wrong on that.

Cunningham definatly has, and i think Long and Newton have, Chris Chester had done untill he retired last year

It said in one of the morning papers that Senior was one of only 3 players to appear in every year of super league but it didnt name the other two. Cunningham has to be one but not sure about the other ?

Cunningham Joined Saints in 1993
Long Joined Saints in 1997, Made 4 appearences for Wigan that year too and was at Widnes for a period.
Newton joined Leeds in 1996

The only 3 I can think of are Senior, Cunningham and Newton. Chester did until retirement last year. I think Briers started in 97 for Saints as did Long for Wigan.

Chester signed for us in 95 I think.
