Will Gateshead be bringing any supporters to the Keepmoat to witness their teams relegation and if so will they be well behaved as i have heard they are a foul mouthed abusive bunch !!!

It will hardley matter to you as it sadly looks like you won't be starting next season anyway, as for Gateshead fans I can safely say they are a most pleasant friendly bunch so your narrow minded accusations are utterly unfounded, it's a good job you arn't representative of the good people of Donny.

I was hoping to get to the Keepmoat to see Doncasters relegation - unfortunately I was busy during April...

I am a Dons fan and we will be there next season !
It is teams like us who struggle along year after year who are the heart and soul of Rugby League, not leeds and Saints etc or Harlequins, Celtic, Gateshead, Catalans.
Rugby League belongs to the likes of Hunslet, Workington, Swinton not a made up plastic team !

Well you will no doubt be looking forward to rubbing shoulders with all of these clubs next season.......all of who have fantastic supporters who we have a great relationship with.....
Thanks again for the well thought out intelligent post - you can now go and take another 4 days to come up with your next contribution
As for foul mouthed, not sure where you heard that but not correct - judge for yourself on Sunday and try and make your own mind up...
Hopefully we can ensure survival by beating you on Sunday - the job isn't done yet...

Four days for a response because i do not have a computer at home.
We all have our own opinions on expansionism. I work with supporters of various teams, Bradford, Castleford and Leeds and one thing that we all agree on is that we don't care about Wales, France, London etc.
Nothing personal you understand but we're just not bothered....

Cas fans? really? every cas fan i know want thunder to do well, cas have alot of links with thunder. I admire thunder fans because they have been sgafted and saw there club die but refused to give in and wallow in self pity, and are now looking forward to a bright future, a hell of alot of rl fans could learn from there example. |

The funniest thing is that Doncaster and Castleford were expansion teams at one point. I think if RL lost the tiny 5,000 or so minority of fans like 'rupert bear' we would be much better off.
