All that is best in Rugby league has been on display in this World Cup, from the raw enthusiasm of the smaller countries upwards. Just hope that the game has gained some converts - Lord knows it could do with them.

I would like to see a Tri Nation series between Australia New Zealand and GB 1 game round robin with top 2 qualifying for final Not sure it could take place every year so I would suggest every two years inbetween world cups so for example the next series would take place in 2015 with each team hosting the tournament so for example Australia 2015 England 2019 New Zealand 2023

I did not realise that there was a four nations tournament !!! looking at wiki it was last held in England in 2011 I dont remember that but I suppose I have only have only been following Rugby League properly 2 years ago. I am a bit concerned about player burntout when will they have time to recuperate ? their season will end in middle to end of November but would need to report back to there teams for pre season training in early January

Just been reading some facts and figures and they claim 35-40% of tickets were sold to postcodes outside of the northern heartlands. I'm not sure if Sheffield is included in the heartlands or not ? But it's all got to be positive for the domestic game. Hopefully it will add to the buzz that the Owlerton move already seems to have created.
