No, I'm not. The players have shown in patches that they're good enough for the team to be chugging along near the play-off places, the fact that they're not has to be down to the coach. Isteyn's been given the job too soon in his career (like Rob Powell at Quins) and needs to drop back to assistant for a while under an experienced SL or NRL coach learn his trade.

I think Iestyn has the prospect to be a top Super League coach, but doesn't have what it takes at the moment. I think he could do with some assistance. On the positive side, young Welsh players have had more chance under Harris which is good for the game of Rugby League in Wales.
