No mention of all Hull KR over seas signings in that article. And they have had 100 years plus to nurture home grown talent .
Perhaps Australian coaches should be included in that quota, especially the whinger's  |

I dont know what the rules are but they seem unfair.
I dont know the rules but they change every year.
I don't know the rules but they seem to be different for each team.
Suggestion - read the rules and then all will become clear. You may not like them but at least you will be able to construct a proper argument.
