yesterday was a fantastic day for you and am gutted you were robbed as you definately deserved the win and were the better team through out fans were brilliant a big following and you made a lot of noise made a good name for the club your no longer the bottom team knowone cares about after this season hopefully you will do as good next year

they were good fans, not quite the 1,000 they had said but still a fantastic turnout from a 'new club'.

Considering your team was crumbling half way through the season, I would suggest that the fan base you have so far built up are amongst the best fans in not only Super League, but rugby league. Great effort by your team followed up with fantastic support from your fans. Congratulations on a well earned season.

Have seen this "positioning in front of microphones" arguement.

It doesn't cover the fact that the commentary on BBC Leeds online that you could hear the Crusaders fans over the Giants when the Commentary team were in the opposite stand. I was also sat to the side of the Crusaders fans close to the Giants fans and there was nothing coming back throughout the game. Only cheering when there were tries. Just for once, you could say that the Crusaders fans were singing for the full 80 minutes and were as loud (if not louder) when their teams conceaded or went behind. Exactly when the players on the pitch needed the support

We were sat next to the Giants fans, how come the mike didn't pick them up aswell?

A couple of verses of what sounded like "Can't help falling in love with you" after you had scored don't compare.

I've said on another thread that 'no way did we out sing the crusaders fans' they were brilliant and just wished more of our fans would make as much noise, it just doesn't happen very often.

Having said that the noise created away from home always seems better, as the hardcore fans tend to be the singers.

not only did you boys have a cracking set of fans, but your players did the game proud today! and all season long! id much rather have you boys in the league than harlequins! congrats on a great season, and well see you next year!

Agreed exept the rather than harlequins bit. I think the newer teams are a breath of fresh air (you only have to read some of the hateful comments the online fans throw at one another to see the need for new blood).
To hear the Crusaders fans on Saturday was a pleasure and the on-field entertainment was brilliant aswell.
Lets hope you can keep nobby and get even further next year.

for me nobby = cru success if he leaves would be a massive blow plus he is the one who can attract big singings
