I am somewhat wary of this all Welsh approach in that I have season tickets. and the matches look like being cut down by having matches in Wrexham for example. This will be one for the record books, in that it will be nearly 200 miles away from our home ground which of course will be Newport. Incidently this means an extra 60-70 miles per match.
I'm not to bothered about my gear having the wrong wording on, but hardly seems to be making it all Wales oriented by cutting the Celtic off the clubs title.

Fletcher: Course, he sees 'imself as an authority on curry, he does, on account of where he was stationed in the army.
Rudge: Where? India?
Fletcher: No, Bradford.:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_40413.jpg
Despite my username , I think the Celtic name is important to the club and the identity of the locality. Celtic instantly limits the identity to a select few nations rather than just being labelled Crusaders as are Canterbury RUFC, Dings RUFC Carlow Crusaders RLFC and more relevantly to many northerners particularly on Merseyside......THATTO HEATH RLFC.
I know the club are trying to distance themselves in the local context from a defunct RU side but I don't think this is the way to do it. The supporters club will still be named CELTIC Crusaders SC unless theres a unanamous decision and the fans will still use the same chants as last year, to them we are CELTS. The club needs some stability and to stand by its name and what it stands for it to regain the credibility it had before the problems of last season. We need to learn from the mistakes made and build on what we have .
