| Any news on how the pitches are holding up?
Ours is covered in snow but not really deep, and a few clearish patches. Thing is, there's a -5 freeze forecast tonight (it's -3 outside right now!). Some rain forecast but not till tomorrow night.
I actually think it may go ahead. We're all geared to get down early tomorrow and clear the markings if need be...  |

Game Off. Points conceded, Hindley 18-0 Chorley.
Not sure if it would have been played anyway to be honest pitch was solid this afternoon when i walked across.

| Bury v Wigan, game off. 
One end of pitch has a load of ice, but the main problem is a truck has obviously been rally driving on the pitch and left deep ruts that have frozen into deadly weapons. Where the grass is level it'll take a stud fine, but there's just too much damage.
Rrreeeaaaalllllyyyyy pssed off. |
