will depend when it is due to other commitments but I actually enjoy these races and am looking for more to do - know a couple of other lads who enjoy them too. however, 4 miles is a bit easy!

Well 4 miles might sound easy but I can assure you with the obstacles we have got planned it certainly won't be easy!!!
