But Tommy has been as honest a professional as you can get, without these type of players we don’t have a game, as a Hull supporter, I would like to thank him for his time with us, and he’s played for some top sides, always giving his best.

Well said, he has given his best effort to every club he has played for, the game needs a couple of hundred like him for the so called super stars to play off. Why people need to slag off honest players like Tommy is beyond me?

Help me out here. What does “honest a professional “ actually mean. Cliched clap trap. Now he has retired people are getting all sentimental about him. In truth Hull fans thought he was awful and couldn’t wait to see him leave.
