| Honestly can only see this one going our way, should be a good atmosphere. Hopefully Oakes and Dagger get their chance. RRTR

| Spoon dodged at very least.
Salford’s run-in is Cas, Catalans and Leeds in that order.
If we can get a result at Widnes (are they more of a wounded animal or a demoralised rabble?), we’ve a really good shot at securing those 4 home games in the 8s.

Let’s hope so we can do with a lot of luck for a change

If you watched Rovers and had seen the last 3 games I'm sure you'd have a far more upbeat assessment than that. Salford are in freefall only have 17 fit players, Widnes are already stirring the spoon.
IMO there is not the slightest doubt we will finish no lower than 10th we are looking up the table now not down.

Blair’s versatility knows no bounds it seems like no matter who gets injured it’s a case of just shove Blair in there it will be alright

| I hope Dave K the Scum FC fan is reading this. He made some very derogatory comments about Blair, I hope he is eating his words right now,

| Really starting to look like a decent side now the players are back fit. Forwards going forward is the first big difference.Defence seems solid and the speed and skills on show in attack are a joy.Shame it's took over three quarters of the season to see this but looks good for next year so long as we negotiate the 8s?

| I think salford are in real danger of going down - maybe karma for rovers fans?
We played them 5 days after that punishing CC game against saints, with 8 or 9 players missing and were 36 nil up at half time so it shows how bad they are. I doubt the ongoing financial concerns are helping keep the players' minds on the job

| Formidable pack on paper and did a real job on both our teams in away fixtures.A lot of it comes down to attitude and momentum.Rovers seems to be a good place to be at present? The spirit has been there all season but now the bodies are back they are playing with freedom and enjoying it. Some teams look tired and sullen in body language when iv seen them recently and if the dressing room is divided it shows on field. No disruptive ego maniacs in The Rovers squad and looks a nice mix of youth and experience? Best thing is there is still lots of improvement in them.

I honestly can see you breezing through the eights. Sheens has put a very good side together and I can see you performing well in Superleague next year. I think you may even be favourites for the upcoming derby.

I look forward to watching the Salford game.
Against Cas, I thought we rallied superbly to win a point, having been second best for 60 minutes. We could have nicked the win at the end, but we were outscored 5 tries to 4. Away against Cas is a real challenge nowadays, so undoubtedly a good result.
We were very good against Hudds and ran up a score on Salford. However, if your memory stretches back further than that, our record of putting runs of wins together in SL isn’t great, over... well, all our years in SL. Hopefully this where that starts to change.
Even if we win two or even three of our final three before the split, getting better than 4 home games in the middle 8s is out of our hands. Fingers crossed and that, but we’d need some luck.
If Salford are as hopeless as you suggest, Catalans beating them will put the French beyond our reach. Wakefield and Hudds play each other in round 23, by which point trinity might be safe and less motivated than the giants. Or vice versa. Leeds still have Widnes to come, and Salford.

We're an absolute shambles. We're facing the prospect of going into the middle 8's on the back of 16 (SIXTEEN!!) straight defeats which, regardless of what may happen in those 7 extra games, is certainly not form fitting of a top flight team. We were lucky last year as there were a few teams that were equally as bad as we were but that isn't the case this year.
I can't see Hull KR having any problems in the middle 8's.

| I mean this quite literally, just how big is Robbie Mulhern these days? He looks like he’s grown a few inches and become a man mountain since his return from injury. Still can’t belIeve that Leeds let him go as he’s head and shoulders above all there props bar Garbutt (but then he’s an old experienced enforcer so ought to be).

I’m more confident than I have been for a while. Not saying very much, but it is true.
It’s fine margins though. One funny result can put you under huge pressure. There’s always that ‘what if somebody has a rush of blood and gets sent off after 10 minutes vs Halifax or London’.
We should be alright. Most importantly, imo, it feels like we understand our situation.
