Was he the lad with no number who scored a good try in the derby a few weeks ago? I thought the players with no numbers in that game where the ones who were on dual reg the other way around. So a York player on dual reg with you. Same as Connor Scott is a Donny play on dual reg with us.

Good deal for him and York then Toronto looked good against Leigh and could be heading to SL next season and York get a fee for a player they have put no real time into or cost, Obviously Sheens didn't think him good enough for SL or he would of just loaned him out, I don't think you are under pressure with the salary cap, was he any good for you last year?

Got off to a slow start recovering from injury. Looked to have something about him but also prone to a major brain fart every now and then (see Toulose at home).

My opinion is he has potential but we couldn't afford to invest an overseas spot in potential and in someone who wouldn't make your 17 (barring injuries). Somewhat unfortunate victim of us trying to add "quality" but the right call for me.

Well not Luke Page for starters but wasting another quota space on a player not guaranteed a starting spot is stupid

Your right you want your over seas players to be in your 17 every week, and preferably in your leadership group so there adding to the team, you would kick yourselves if someone came available mid season but you didn't have a quota spot available, due to some player who's not making the 17 every week. You could still have loaned him for now and then if you needed the spot made it more a permanent move, come the time I suppose the right call like you say
