| So London or, more likely, Salford next week.
I don't get to many games, but despite, or possibly because of, my disappointment today, I guess I'll drag myself up the M1.
If we win, it'll be great to be there. Even a defeat, and a bit of melancholic reflection on what has generally been a pretty positive era, will offer some consolation. And whatever happens, it'll be closure on this season.
Few interesting subplots. The Sheens situation, if it is Salford. Peacock's second retirement. Dobson coming back, to maybe haunt us. The grim possibility of Thaler getting the game.

doubt you will get thaler, the rfl seem to love giving him the wigan v fc games, he has reffed all 4 games we have played each other this season
as for next week, hope you beat salford as they dont offer anything to the SL atm

| And the big question (regardless of other announcements). Ditch Marsh, who did little today, and bring back Kelly? Next week literally is all or nothing. Yes Kelly may have done something badly wrong, but this is real survival we're talking about.
In the first half I didn't even realise Marsh was playing today he was that invisible. We cannot afford that next week.
Alsi, ditch Charlie (last few games not been great) put Sio at fullback and Dixon on the wing? His pace might be the key against Salford (and I wouldn't have wanted him against Brough's kicks today).

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Don't do it, today was absolutely awful, I don't think I have the depth of emotion for next week.

We'd have been top 8 comfortably withoit the points deduction so you're talking out of your ar$e mate. Yes we have problems off the pitch and in the 8's we've completely self-combusted. Our squad should not be in the MPG end of, however, Koukash's mismanagement and the RFL's (IMO) disproportionate points deduction means we are. We've lost our best prop for the game and I now have to decide between the MPG or watching Salford City at Stockport County in the FA Cup.
Anyway, may the best team win.... not likely to be us unfortunately!icon_sad.gif

Bought my ticket for the Well and alerted Ma and Pa Mild to my visit already.
Much as this season hasn't been much fun, I think I owe the club something for the last decade since I rediscovered TGG. Though I'm counting Wembley as partial emotional repayment.
And you never know, we might win. That'd be nice.

| Surely no self respecting rovers fan will miss this one? Get yourselves there and support your club when they most need it. What was today's attendance?

I'm pretty sure Kelly is, to all intents and purposes, gone.
If they were going to play him, he'd have played today. If Marsh did make way, I assume Blair would move back into the halves, with another backrower in the 17.
I guess the Sio at fullback experiment was aborted before public unveiling for a reason. Marsh back at fb might be an option, but leaving Cockayne there would be least disruptive.

| Having to pay for entry when I buy 3 season tickets is wrong. I have already invested time and money this season, and because they're not good enough today, I have to cough up more?
I probably wilk, but expect a BIG drop in gate next week with it being televised.

That's a very good point. The team have been poor all season and you are now expected to pay out for a game none of you wanted. At the very least the Club should offer a big discount to pass holders like yourself.

| Good luck to Hull KR from a Trinity supporter... the more Yorkshire teams in SL the better!
Unlucky today in my opinion your key players didnt have the composure to take the chances to take a drop goal towards the end when camped down there end.
Don't get Kells back have confidence in the lads like Trinity did last year and didn't recall Tim Smith or Kevin Locke and came through to win. Get there in numbers and get behind them.

They are but it's more money isn't it?
In the end though, if Neil and the board can keep thowing money at the club, we'd be churlish not to go and see if we can cheer them home next Sat. They better bloody perform though!
