| More chance of Larvin's money finally coming through, IMO.
Or my lottery numbers coming up.
What'd be in it for Allam?
And from Rovers' perspective, their stewardship of City has been... Shall we say 'mercurial'?
Assem (sp?) isn't in great health, I think I read, and Ehab wasn't all that interested even in City, I've been told.

| The man has a severe self destruct button that means he can't help but get to good positions and just undo it all due to stubbornness.
I'd rather struggle than sell our soul to him.

| Despite you being "the enemy" I wouldn't wish him on you. He's got a record for alienating fans and making stupid decisions. I hope this comes to nothing.

| The Allams leave Hull City AFC in a far better place than they found them.
They've possibly had an element of good fortune, under them twice the club has been promoted unexpectedly to the Premier League but their £100m plus investment made them a contender when without them they were bound for financial meltdown. Unfortunately they have also alienated many loyal fans, they do not understand the culture of a sports club and most likely they have taken the club as far as they could.
But I repeat they leave Hull City in a far better place than they found them. The Chinese are interested now, they wouldn't have touched with a barge pole the basket case that the Allams took over.
It's run it's course, along the way there has been a clash of cultures. The very ways that made it successful also divided. The Allams thought they should be loved for what they had done for the club and they would have been if only they had realised that the club was the biggest thing not them.
Along the way the Allams also gave/loaned £1m to Rovers and a lot more to various good causes in the region. Stubborn, proud, conceited, opinionated but history will I feel look more kindly on them once the emotional fog of the present has cleared.

| He's made it unaffordable for many City fans who have been the lifeblood of the club decades. I wouldn't wish that family on my worst enemy.
They have no place in sport in this City.

| Ugh, can just imagine it...
The Robins vs Leeds Rhinos
The Robins vs Warrington Wolves
Hull Robins Facebook and YouTube pages.
Only ever refer to Rovers as 'The Robins' or the 'Club' (what does that even mean FFS?! Exactly which club are they referring to?!).
Poisonous people who have done so much damage to Hull City I doubt it can ever be fully repaired.
So no, they wouldn't be good for Rovers.
