This is your time Matty, it's been a very long time coming and albeit your up against some weaker sides in the super 8 campaign, but never the less it's your opportunity to show the city, county, country and indeed world (through power of TV) what your capable of.

The rest of this season is yours and yours to earn your future in our great game.

Go out there and give it everything kid and lead your team.

Hope he does well we will see was not over joyed with him against wakie but more game time is what he needs

I have been disappointed with what I've seen of him so far,but a golden chance for him to show us all what he is capable of. A decent run in the side will give him a great chance to show us what he can do,its always difficult coming in for odd games so good luck matty and lets hope you can show us all the form you've shown in the under 19s.

He played really well at Widnes, was hoping he'd kick on this week but was a little anonymous (not on his own tho). he needs to grasp the next 3 games and make a statement, as its against weaker teams it should be the ideal time to do it.

So he's played 2 games one which he played well in and one he didn't some people need to get a grip

and his partner in the halves hardly takes the pressure off, if he was partnering Kelly or campo I think he would be a more effective half

What I've been impressed with in the two games has been his defence.

You don't really get to appraise that in the 19's. I think he's looked really good in this area.

He has all the ingredients to be successful.

So far, he's done reasonably well against Widnes but was fairly anonymous against the Wildcats, when he played far too conservatively. Defensively he could and should have stopped Kevin Locke for their opening try last Sunday, but he was not alone in this regard.

However, he'll only improve with more game time at this level and for now, his confidence seems to be sky high as he's not looking over his shoulder.

It's a shame he can't play alongside Campo or Kelly in the same team either, as this would raise his performance levels even more. He doesn't look out of place at this level.

Locke's opening try was utterly ridiculous on so many levels, it was even worse than the bloke in front of me's jumper.

It was a hoody (awful piece of attire to begin with) that had "Hull" stencilled across the top of the back.

He'd then added, in home made sticky labels, "Kingston Rovers" "2015".

Sartorial inelegance at it's finest.
