Clubs are allowed 7 non-fed players yes, but this isn't dependent on passports, but where the player "learnt" (aka the club they were at before the age of 21), so Manatello counts on the non-fed list - there are some exceptions (like players who joined SL before 2008, and players from Crusaders at the time of their demise) but to my knowledge hkr's current non fed players are:
Maurice Blair, Albert Kelly, Josh Manatello, Ken Sio, Neville Costigan, Mick Weyman and Justin Poore.

We don't need any more back row forwards, particularly ones into their 30's. If Poore is going, we need to use his quota spot wisely on a nasty 'orrible prop.
