| As I said when he was given a 3 yera contract, I am afraid we have a Lee Radford on our hands.

| And as I said, we missed the boat with Webbo. I want Chester to succeed but I've got to admit that I think he's out of his depth here.

| Way too early to tell.
With hindsight and a very few exceptions our recruitment and retention has been poor these last few years. 7 of our 9 wins have come against the current bottom 4. He's got a big job on, no doubt about it.
There's always next year, and that is what he should be judged on IMO.

You really did miss out on Webbo. He has transformed Trinity.

We agreed 100% on webbo and looking at the improvement he has made at wakey,we were spot on,in saying that good luck to chester.

| I can see him doing well to be honest. For to many seasons we have been slow on our wings and that has been sorted by him. We all await a No6 and a No7 as he knows that hasn't worked this season either. Maybe another centre and 1 or 2 forwards and I can see us been up there. Unlike Morgan or Sandy I cant honestly see Chester or Poaching taking any like the other coaches have done and he is honest with the fans and tells it like it is. So for me yes I maybe 50 50 but if the players he has and the players he gets buy into what he is doing then why not!!!

| Can't help but get the impression this is a signing done on the cheap. We had a punt with Sandy on a number 2 making their first attempt at stepping up to the head coach role and that didn't pan out great, why go down the same route again? I feel like there were other options that could have been explored first, and Rovers have largely been dire since he was appointed anyway!
We need some massive post season signings this year, new halves, new hooker and then to replace the players who are going but which haven't been announced yet.

Genuine question - which options would you have explored first?
There weren't/aren't that many good ones that spring to my mind. Those with experience as a head coach and available mostly were available for pretty obvious reasons, IMO.
Agree wholeheartedly about the need to sort out our pivots.

| well my first thoughts personally would have been to look to someone with some head coach experience. Not necessarily him but someone like a Brian Noble perhaps
