| Tough, tough game for Rovers at the weekend. They will have to be 200% better than last time out to even compete.
If Cas go wide early we could be in trouble on the small pitch, but if our forwards can get over the top of Lynch & Huby then we might pull off a shock. Looks like Carney will be missing (charged with a grade C for his Carl Froch impression), but they look a good side.
Cas by 8.

| I have a bad feeling about this one. Gunna be a very close game but not sure which way it will go. No Carney so the young James Clare will play on the wing.
Hope you bring big numbers with you as you always too as it makes for a great atmosphere.
34-26 to either team Il say.

| im going. I like mingling with the yocals at Cas. Cas have been a breath of fresh air this season, great to watch for the neutral. scorewise I think it'll be close, hopefully we can pull off a win.

| With Daz Clark the subject of rave reviews and destined for a switch to Wire, I will be interested to measure his performance against our Josh. On current form they are in the top 4 hookers in SL ( along with Roby & Lunt).

| Looking forward to it! Always enjoy Cas and think we might get a result here, I admit we need to improve, but we have shown glimpses this season of a good team. Josh and Travis are both in v.good form, if they are firing again this sunday we might nick it from Cas who have been very good this season, but a blow for them is Carney is suspended!

| Tigers might have an eye on next weeks CC game at Wigan. I'll go for a draw on this one (seeing as we haven't had one yet)

| Kiss of Death - Millward tips us to winCastleford v Hull KR (+icon_cool.gif (1530BST)
Cas have beaten Hull KR the last five times they have met and the issue for the Tigers is can they cope with a massive Challenge Cup quarter-final coming up against Wigan as it does affect you mentally. I am going for Hull KR as they are in fantastic form and their last couple of performances have been really good. They have had two wins and a draw recently so take them for the upset win - that means they will obviously be good enough with the start.'"
Not sure where he gets the "last 5 times" bit from though.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

| I think he means it in the context of we've beaten them in the last five meetings apart from the last two which we've lost.
Good knowledge that Ian.

| Daunting trip to the toilets if Rovers' finest are on their Sunday best form.
Winnable game in some aspects which probably means a heavy defeat.
CS out.

| At the start of the season Cas were the most underestimated team in the competition. We can all see that now.
Other years we have gone to Cas as favourites and still come away with nothing this time Cas are strong favourites with all the bookies and I notice all 6 'experts' in League Weekly back Cas even with us having 7.5 points start.
Do Cas have off days this season? I haven't noticed any but they probably will some time, if they want to start Sunday that would be good.
Right now Rovers are probably underestimated themselves. Weyman & Costigan are now showing why they have played S.of.O. Larroyer is ultra consistent and Josh Hodgson is playing out of his skin. And in Travis Burns Rovers have a player who simply cannot be kept out of the game.
The efficiency, teamwork and energy of the Cas team is outstanding and if any weakness is shown they will expose it. When in the mood Rovers defend tough as a unit this has to be such an occasion.
Cas have a team littered with Hull FC & Hull KR rejects yet they have outperformed both of us and then some. Fantastic achievement but they are not an unbeatable team of worldbeaters. Earlier this year Hull got stuck into them and things went off script for Cas they started looking vulnerable. Cas slightly fortuitouisly sneaked it in the end. Don't know what has happened to Hull since then but they showed the way that time.
With Weyman, Costigan, Larroyer & the Walker twins Rovers have the grunt to ruffle any team. Cas deserve to be favourites but this game could go either way.
