I don't understand why we're struggling to get him over - png is covered by Kolpak-Cotonou, isn't it?
Is it the RFL delaying ratifying changes to non-fed, due to the impasse over restructuring, maybe?
Not the end of the world for him or us, I guess.

Couldn't sit the English test due to World Cup commitments
Next time he can sit it is February
Needs to sit it in order to gain visa

Hi mate, I didn't sit for the English test because we're in England for the world cup. The next test is scheduled for February therefore I'm late for pre season training.so I don't think I'm coming over just yet...in order to get a visa we have to sit for the test..mate really appreciate your support and looking forward to hull kr once I sort out the visa..cheers.
Just sounds like it's been out of people's hands and just a matter of circumstance |

I'm not doubting you, but I thought that not needing a visa was the distinction between quota players and those who are just non-fed. Pacific Islanders were pretty much free to come over, I thought - must have got the wrong end of the stick. Or maybe UKBA are interpreting it differently now. |

As were discussing Hkr what have Hull fc got to do with it? You can always ask on that board if your interested. |

These guys would have put in some quality training during the WC campaign, and I imagine the Kumuls training camp will be pretty intense too. It will be full of young players having their first shot at full time professional training and giving it everything.
