I coached for a long time and we won 95% of games because winning is a mental state driven by a desire to CRUSH an opposition. Did FC look as though they wanted to Crush Wigan and strangle them until they screamed ? NO

These appointments look like we are going to improve what we already have and attract new investment to the club.
The statement doesn't mention any new investment obtained or pending.
So, who is propping us up next year?

Look at the facts.
Weyman, Costigan and Keating wont be coming cheap seeing as that is 2 former SOO/International forwards and a HB from last years NRL GF.
We have again apparently attempted to pay a fee for players.
We have a new director 'Antony Langley joins the club as Financial Director having steered the red and whites through a detailed financial review over the past few months.' Now would he then join the board if we were a dead duck?
Also would Linton Brown have walked away from a job at Hull City if he has any inkling at all that we were in trouble.
Add all that together and the answer is obvious IMHO. |

Seems pretty positive. Bit more stability rather than untold riches though, I'm guessing. |
