| Awful defence, looked poor while at Hull.
Suppose Rovers have nothing to lose though.

Surely if this was true, Hull would have signed him up.

We've being playing Cockayne on the wing who although hasn't done anything wrong is best for me coming off the bench when the side needs some enthusiasm added. Whilst at the same time our wingers Fox & Colbon have had very few good games this season, Latus is never a winger so if he proves himself he may actually find himself with an opportunity in the 1st team.

That doesn't make sense.
Hull have a better defence and are higher in the league than Rovers.
Maybe Morgan can weave his magic and improve his defence like he has done on so many other players.
Not sure why so many fans of both clubs have to change the thread by mentioning each others clubs.

Well I'm starting to wonder if Cockayne is not best suited to the wing, bags of pace, bags of enthusiasm and probably our safest winger under a high ball. Maybe just a little work on his positioning in attack is needed.
Agree on Latus.

I agree with cockayne on the wing, his height is the only thing letting him down.

The name Will Sharp ring any bells?
(P.S aren't some people touchy?!)

We're coming to make some noise!: |
|
| Cockayne has stated in the past that winger is his favoured position. I agree he injects energy in to the side when coming off the bench but the game doesn't allow for a player like him unless we go with one hooker for the full 80.
Ben actually skinned Kevin Penny at Warrington in a pre-season game a couple of years back so I would be quite pleased to have someone with that much pace playing out wide. He is also a pretty sound defender while having full back abilities will hopefully deter people from kicking over to him.
His height would only be in question if he is playing against Richards/King, most other clubs have around the same height wingers that Ben has the advantage over with his full back experience IMO.
As for Williams he is here for a month, his defence may well be terrible but he's had a bit of time out the game and he can only try his best. Justin has shown he doesn't mind giving players a chance but also shown that he will release them if he thinks they are no good or do not have the right work ethic. Good luck to the lad I am sure he will knuckle down and work hard.

| I would imagine he has given away alot less penalties out on the wing then what he does in the middle of the park.

| I personally think Colbon's last 2 games have been promising, he's carrying the ball out as well as ever and barring that dropped ball from the kick, looks assured.

30596_1286642206.jpg If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Ridiculous isn't it, particularly when you think of the bags and bags of tries the ones we've got have scored.
