I was proud to be both a Rovers fan and a rugby fan today.
The reception given to Charnleys try at the death was brilliant and then for the Wigan team to be roundly cheered off from all sides of the ground was fantastic to see.
Also thanks to the Wigan fans for turning out in such numbers.

Was a great end to our home campaign. Great attendance, great fans, and watching a cracking game of Rugby with some sensational tries.

and what a team they are, that Tompkins kid is a freak, I hope Wigan go on to win the Grand final as they the best by far in the league IMO.

I think Wigan will collapse in the play-offs. Leeds will win it, against Saints.

Biggest crowd of the season including the Hull FC home game for me. Shame the announced crowd didn't reflect the actual crowd imo. Still great atmosphere and well done from all the fellow robins did the club proud today.

Very very few players in this competition who can turn a game single-handedly. This kid will be a thorn in the rest of SL's side for the next 10 years IMO. A rich man's Danny McGuire.

For me he's a taller and better Rob Burrows. Doubted Wigan playing him at Fullback today i saw how devastating he is from deep at 1st hand. Master stroke by Wigan.

They did the same against us, and Tomkins ripped Turner / Manu and Lauaki a new that game.

He plays scrum half in attack but full back he is a defender so attackers cannot single him out and tire him so he is effective for 80mins rather than a lot of halfs that are only effective for 50mins of a match.

Wigan over the years have churned out some fantastic talent that is to see all through the competitions which is great for their club. I do wish they'd kept a hold of the ones they shipped out and tried to have a predominantly Wiganer first team but I guess success was too important to risk this and thats why such amazing players like Richards are playing for them keeping lads like Colbon out of their set up.

If Leeds get to the GF I don't want Saints to be there.

If either Wigan or Wire do, I'd love us to be there.
