HULL KINGSTON ROVERS is my religion, Craven Park is my church and Jordan Abdull is my God: |
|
| Absolutley vital, Superb today from the boys especially in the period just after half time when we appeared to be able to cross the try line at will

| Outstanding effort to run in 8 tries away from home. It would take us weeks to score that many.

| Excellent result.
Is it the highest away scoreline (46)?

Brilliant performance, especially coming from 12 points down and looking set for a very long afternoon.

| What I liked most about what I heard today, is the way we completed sets and how it seemed we were able to score at will every time we were near Cas' line.
It's shaping up to be a good end to the season, let's hope we carry it on against Stains. (Love these names)

For me the difference between this week and last week was Newton and Galea. Both were back to their very best and as a result Rovers looked more potent in attack and were a threat evertime they had the ball in hand.
Also Micky Vella was absolutely outstanding.
All in all a fabulous team effort and a great result.

Indeed, interestingly Morgan said they practiced the set move involving Cooke and Briscoe instead of Galea.
It paid dividends today evidently.

If he meant the try Briscoe scored (which i think he did), that move always involves Briscoe. Galea was only involved last week because Briscoe was off the field.
Either way Galea was excellent today as was Briscoe.

Couldn't agree more.
It's not coincidence is it that when our back rowers are performing we generally win.
Special mention for Fitzy as well today he was class.

It took Newton 20 mins to get into the game, he fell off a few tackles and badly out of position on a number of occasions but after the first 20 he was outstanding. He closed down Chase superbly in the second half, who was running the show for Cas in the first half.
