Saw a couple of Hull fans there but seemed to just be mingling with our lot nicely, nothing like a scene from a western film or owt.

In previous seasons we always had a game plan which was adapted to whoever the opponents were. The team was very much more than the sum of it's parts when you looked at the players as individuals. This has got to be down to good coaching and the players buying into the coaches vision.

This season, if we have a game plan then the players are certainly not carrying it out on the field, the squad is more or less the same as last season with only the addition of Green and some other bloke who's name escapes me, so we should have the ability to execute the game plan.

So either Morgan has forgotten how to coach and doesn't know how to get us out of this hole or the players have stopped believing in him and he's therefore lost the dressing room. Worrying times.

You build something, but take a couple of bricks out and it tumbles like a jenga tower. We had a really sound back three, but their form has slumped. We played to complete sets and build pressure, but now we're still playing conservatively but are dropping the ball despite that. Dobson missing showed how heavily we relied on him (though Green has been decent, in fairness) - but without Newton, Clinton and Mason fit, available and in form we struggle to lay a platform anyway.
