Every team we have played barring a few appear to have done they're home work on us yet we don't seem to have a game plan or if we do were not playing to it, there was no direction today no talking going on dobbos head was down practically all the game, he normally directs us round the pitch not today, sumet really ain't right at KR.

God knows what has gone wrong but I hope NH or JM have a back up plan because I cant see one.

Been an FC fan and not at the KR game, we did off load a few times today however we forgot we need to offload so the other player can catch it and not knock on, at times Kr did play some good footy yet to many enforced errors cost us the game.... Like i said FC should win tomorrow Saints having to recall on loan players to put a team out.

That could be the problem - the chairman stepping in where the coach should be. It can have a destabilising effect - also if certain signings were say - not the coaches choice - this could also have a detrimental effect.

For me, the coach (of whatever club) should be left to coach and the chairman should work with the coach to resolve issues. The chairman shouldn't be in the dressing room on matchdays, that is the domain of the on-field staff and them alone.

Suppose never looked at it this way sumet needs to be done.

As an official, I have seen this situation at many clubs - chairman trying to pick the team or motivate them when you get a few bad results. It undermines the coaches and it divides the players between the chairman and the coach. chairman have to either back the coach (as seen with Agar) or get rid - there is no halfway house.

Also, if you have that level of involvement from the board, it hinders your recruitment of a top quality replacement when a coach leaves.

Actually, it's a Chief Exec who is responsible for the operation of the club including the playing aspects, not the Chairman. Our of all the 11 directors at Rovers, Mike Smith is the one ultimately responsible for operations, clear and transparent communication, administration and on the field performances. Morgan will report to Mike Smith, not Neil Hudgell.

What now you ask.

Well 2 games ago Hull fans were asking the same question now things are looking much rosier for them.

Their fans are so fickle and so it seems are ours.

IMO Hull have a coach who is worthy of a lot of respect, a very astute, clever player in his day and a fine tactician. But it seems he is only ever a game or two away from the ridicule of Hull fans. He is so much better than that he really is.

Now Morgan the most successful coach Rovers have had for 30 years is being questioned.

Hardly limited to RL fans in Hull - take a look at some of the posts on the Leeds, Bradford, and even Saints boards this season and you'll see similar 'fickle' reactions to a bad run.

it seems after yesterday's performance we need at least 5 or6 new players were we get them from i do not know but the back up players are not very good lets say they are crap but lets hope for a good cup run

Really can't see were they are gonna come from we have sheriff who is looking good,we got Jordan cox who app is looking good personally I think Morgan has got his team selection wrong yesterday and he will have to reflect on that, Waki targeted latus as are a lot of teams, foxy played well although he didn't score, hall did nothing for me, welham was poor only few I thought really tried was Vella, Charlie cook was knackered.

Morgan is a good coach, but hes never been in this situation before, this is the first time the pressure is really on him, confidence will be low in the side which doesnt help either, IMO the only way out is too keep working hard in training, do the basics right, and try and scrape a result or two, confidence will gradually come back and then we can kick on.
