I think we can discount the HDM version. 2009 was the most dissapointing turnout (the alleged 600 game) and poorest crowd overall (% of capacity)

They have always had the option of the north stand

Rovers were bigging it up as a sellout in the run-up. Amazingly the HDM printed what they were told.

You really are a prized tool! I'm guessing this is the year when the South was half empty so apart from the away section all other parts of the ground where sold out!

I was there and there were not many Hull FC fans that day.

My take on it is that Hull KR said it would be a sellout, so the HDM printed that it was a sellout, and that actually it wasn't a sellout.

In fairness, Lopini was linked to joining up with his brother at Rovers first. The missed opportunity of "Two Paeas in a Pod" as a headline still wrankles with Charlie Mullan.

The photo that has words try on the big screen looks like the stand is full and the empy south stand photo has got ground staff working on it (could have been 30mins before kick off) hardly conclusive evidence is it ?

Having been in the south end twice now, I won't go there again if the game is on sky. I did go in the golf stand a few times and that was ok.

It has always been possible to get seats in the West and North stands for Hull FC fans
