Nah in all honesty, it would be good for the game for Hull KR to do well.
I would also love to see Halifax come back, they would be a similar fresh air to what the rovers have been, traditional club, big history, plenty support and a good area.

You see, I'm fine with all that, as long as they arn't better than wigan!

I also think we can beat them at home, no offence but I think pressure will get to them as they have not been this high up while in super league, pressure will get to them and they will finish around 4th I rekon which is still quality for them, but some of that pressure may start to get to them at Wigan and the JJB is a hard place to come as Huddersfield, St Helens, Castleford and Wakey have proved

what could be better

Two friday nights away at the JJB stadium?

Is it one of the best trips of the year then? If so whats good about it? Its just normal for me with me being a season ticket holder, so what do you enjoy about it?

I just enjoy night games in general and the JJB is a brilliant place to go. I enjoy the trip up there having a couple of beers and listening to my "Rovers Away Days CD"



I like Wigan, I think the atmosphere there is great and I think you are a great bunch of fans, I always get talking to Wigan fans both home and away.

Whats the atmosphere like compared to other places, our home fans have never been very good when you guys have been in town because you always play well against us.

best thing i like about wigan is you never get any trouble unlike warrington and sometimes sts and leeds you can tell that wigan and there fans only care about rugby league which is the best thing for the family sport not abuse before and after the game.

oh yea and it will be good to hear all your other songs then so you lot will have to change my mind about your songs

Its a good set up at Wigan. Virtually all the away support parks in the same place, thus all end up in the same bar on the way to the ground. That helps to prepare the atmosphere when you get inside the stadium.

The JJB is my favourite amongst new all seater stadiums in SL. This is due to the steep angle of the seating, making you feel a lot closer to the action than at the KC or the Galpharm. The prices are also very good (£16 v £21 for this years derby).

I think the memory of those 2 wins in 2007 also makes most Rovers fans look forward to the next visit. A couple of sound beatings and perhaps we will hate the place?

Surely there will be more than your regular 20million away support then. Im glad our club offers a good away day

The stadium is great for an atmosphere IMO, and your fans are relatively loud when you want to be. Put it this way, away at the JJB is the best away fixture IMO (apart from at Hull.)

JJB on a Friday night is only bettered IMO by the derby and Perpignan.

the only reason you like wigan is because youve got that bluddy pub on the corner which is named after the robin! i may see a few of you lot in there for a beer before the game- cant usually miss me, im the one with the drum ( i.e was on the telly in edinburgh whilst on the phone)

i can see there being a good attendance on with a few of the wigan casuals coming out now we're in a bit of form!
