Up to now it sound like a complete shambles, the radio commentators are describing some of rovers play as amateurish and criminal, especially when Larroyer made a break only for no one to be there at acting half resulting in Castleford regaining possession, looks like a long day at the office.

Castleford just gone in again after Wellham lost possession over their line, pathetic.
I don't think I'll bother to listen to the second half.

Welham has been absolute garbage all season and is frequently at fault for 2 plus tries a game. He a shadow of the player he was and I don't know how he gets picked for every match. Teams just have to exploit our left edge defence and the points come easy.

I would certainly agree with that comment, he makes the same mistakes week in week out.
His time in the first team must be questionable in future, if not then questions must be asked of the coaches team selections, the thing is, most players improve by learning from their mistakes but welham doesn't appear to, in fact if anything he has gone backwards.
However today's game so far, isn't just about welhams failings, the whole teams performance has been shambolic and amateurish.

Well he certainly cant blame the injuries as the game was running away from us well before those injuries occurred.
Cas appeared hungrier and definitely more up for the game than Rovers.
The annoying thing is....all week we have heard from both Sandercock and the players, how Rovers must go set for set with Castleford.
Come the day all that talk has come to nothing but hot air, not good enough.
Glad i wasn't able to make it today to watch such a poor performance, I feel sorry for the fans that had to witness it, they deserved much better.

According to Sandercock, he isn't far off selection, however we don't want to bring him in undercooked (so to speak) but i hope he does get his chance before long and makes the position his own.

As his contract was to be revised at Easter, nothing really has emerged about it's renewal. To me, I'd probably say that this is his last season. Obviously I could be wrong.
