I'm sure AP is well aware of who Briscoe has signed for, but he's not coming out in the press demanding that the fans know.
If you want to show the agent up for telling untruths then fine, but I think it's disrespectful to name the club. He calls them out saying that he's aware they've signed a deal, then makes Paea/Agent admit that it's Hull FC. That is still a pretty low thing to do IMO, but he couldn't help himself because it's us.

If paea had announced he had signed for Hull he'd have suffered abuse from a section of your fans. We all know he would so it's understandable that he didn't want it in the public domain. All hudge has achieved is to do this for him and also stir up more ill feeling towards the player. The only losers in this are rovers, who are very unlikely to have paea at his best for the rest of the season. Other than trying to get on over on Hull, I fail to see what he's actually achieved with this rant

In fairness, Hudgell has only said what he was apparently told by Paea. If for whatever reason Paea ends up elsewhere (and I certainly haven't rules that out) then perhaps it was him telling porkies and not Hudgell.

All seems a bit of a mess TBH. And for those asking why FC haven't confirmed or denied it - why would they? If Paea HAS signed but asked that they don't reveal it until season's end then Hudgell's rant doesn't give them permission to go against that request; if he HASN'T signed then they've told the simple truth.

TBH the main part of Hudgell's article that could be seen as sour grapes is the attempt to imply that Gentle has been less than honest.
