We did play for 50 minutes, then unfortunately it was back to our old habit of conceding tries in bursts. A totally deserved win for Hull who took their chances when on top whilst Rovers in the first half did not. |

Fair summation. We looked strong if not too threatening to that point. Hull were patchy, but their good patches were very good.
Can't grumble too much with the effort at least.
The worry now is that Bradford are winning and we're starting to run out of players.  |

To be fair though we didn't expect another absence in Lovegrove who did his ribs in the warm up.
That said our inexperienced forwards had a real crack but after Eden went off we had to move Hall to full-back, Salter over to the right wing and our substitute hooker into the centre so our moves on the edge were understandably miss-firing.

Lovegrove has been a doubt all week and didnt get through his pre-match warm up, Eden plays off the back of Dobson, if Dobson isn't creating - Eden isn't benefitting. HTH. |
