With his 2013 teammates on twitter wishing him luck finding a new club I'd say that he wasn't offered a new deal at Rovers. Shame I thought he looked good but with the Likes of Green, Hepi and even Ollett waiting in the wings and impressing I reckon Rovers have enough players in his position

The lad played well for us and I thank him for that and wish him well, he was never going to be offered silly money, as has been pointed out, we have more valuable players in that position. I always hate it when rumours come from friends and family regarding the club "offering peanuts", he wasn't worth peanuts but certainly wasn't worth super star wage. Another example is Heil who apparently hates Sandercock and is leaving regardless of contract talks because he isn't getting a game.

Bad move that for Heil, I think he's got talent but at his stage of his career he doesn't have the presence or reputation to be throwing his weight around.

He does hate sandercock but to be honest I've seen nothing in heil and he's been overshadowed by the emergence of Salter

Aye, In all of his dummy spits to family and friends, all he is doing is showing how unprofessional he is. In a way, It's like him saying that Salter shouldn't be getting a game in front of him.

I think all players should hate their coach but it's fear that keeps them quiet.

Think Heil needs took look closer to home as to why he isn't getting a game rather than blaming Sandercock, He's had a few chances and looked very ordinary in all of those games. I was surprised at how poor he looked in the London game and those are the sort of chances that need to be grabbed with both hands.
Hope the lad isn't waiting for Wigan to come calling because I can only see a drop down the leagues on the cards.

It's hardly surprising your young players want to leave. I thought Sandercocks remit was to nurture and play them? A loan player will never give the same commitment and passion as a young, local lad wanting to make the grade. A loan player will have one eye on his parent club and never see it as a positive step.

Ferguson was excellent, regained form with us and forced his way back into the Huddersfield team, we'd have liked to have kept him and apparently were out bid for his services next year. It worked out well for us, Ferguson and Huddersfield.

George came and was rubbish, partly because we played him out of position and then he got injured. He probably knew he wasn't going to get a new contract at Huddersfield so was potentially playing for a deal with us.

Griffin hasn't buggered off, he's not been offered a new deal which will have been Sandercock's decision, as already stated on this thread we're well staffed in his position with our own academy products.
