Just after they named the bar after Flash, I saw him in Paragon pub (think it was after the match of the day it was re-named). I asked him how he was and commented that that I had just seen the new sign at the ground 'The Flash Flanagan Bar'. He just looked at me across the bar and said ''you must have got it wrong, probably says Flash Flanagan Barred''.........

I was out round town one saturday night in January a few years back. Someone peed up tapped me on the shoulder and said 'Can I borrow a fag mate' I looked round and there was Graham Horne. I said to him 'Aren't you supposed to be in training?' He just said 'sshhhh, don't tell anyone' to which I replied 'I don't care i'm a Rovers supporter' There were a few other Hull players out too.

Seen loads of players put and about, but Andy Dannatt changed my gas meter last year. I wasn't taking a lot of notice of him. He commented on the two clubs' badges I've got on an internal window and had a bit of a chat about the Hull teams. Mr W. came in and asked him if he was related to Andy Dannatt, he said 'I am Andy Dannatt'! Felt a bit silly not recognising him.

I was in Yates bar in town around 1994 with the lads, when someone bumped into my mate Jimmy spilling his beer, turned out to be Anthony Sullivan, Jimmy wasn't happy and wanted to have words with him untill we pointed out who he was with. Bobbie Goulding, Adam Foggerty, Apollo Perillini, Tommy Martyn and Vila Matuatia, we decided it was best to take our mate elsewhere haha.

When paul cooke said in the hdm that if anyone wanted to know the truth about his move to kr tgat they should ask him to his face so I was in crownpub on holderness road and thought heres my chance to get some things off my chest , as I aproached him I went to put my hands on the table and knocked his pint along with a couple more all over him haha it didnt go down well , he asked me to get him a new drink so I said ok but I never did ( I mean get a dobbins player a drink ... I doubt it)
