Everyone we encountered was polite, courteous, and helpful, the guy on the turnstile even said "enjoy the game sir". The level of service was much better than at some away grounds I've been to and added to a very enjoyable match day experience (the result helped a bit as well).
I don't want to enter the debate about the so called pitch invasion, that's been done to death, but I would also like to include the stewards in my thanks. When the young "lady" ran on to the pitch they seemed to deal with her quietly and efficiently with no strong arm physical stuff. At the end of the game someone seems to have made an assessment that there was no serious nasty intent and they cleared the pitch reasonably quickly once again without resorting to anything too physical which could well have inflamed things. I was at the new stand end of the ground so can't comment on what went on at the Zeebrugge end.

I noticed this I'm a pass holder in our north stand and stood in the Que to go in and the stewards walked down the line and said hello to every black n white in the Que a lot of the fans were suprised by it
I think it happens with every away supporters nice touch from the club I've been to nearly every ground and never had a reception like that
