Tbf, if by professionalism he meant resource, the chairman himself has indicated that silverware remains a distant prospect. That we're not set up to challenge the hegemony of the richest clubs is hardly a startling or insulting comment.
And if by professionalism, he meant professionalism then discipline was acknowledged as an issue. Everybody at the club bears some responsibility for that - not least the captain, actually.
