Quote: phleastyler "the remember where we have come from angle always makes me chuckle, its right to a degree, as back in the late 90's it was dire at best, but 'remember where we've come from' can go back to us being the best team in the land also. Its more the fear of relegation creeping in this year'"
Different people have different outlooks. Obviously.
If some people like to think, 'could be worse' and take comfort in that, then that's a good stoic attitude. Others are more passionate and want to highlight the shortcomings so they can be overcome.
The irony is that the calmness of the first group often irritates those that tend to annoyance even more.
I do feel a bit for those that stuck with club through the tough times and have found themselves a bit disappointed with the promised land.
I feel like I get more from Rovers and RL than I 'deserve'* so have quite a sunny attitude to it all usually.
*The club possibly agree - I mean, seriously, where is my Red Membership? Almost blooming April.
