Not the same player, played at west hull at prop hull didn't show any interest (wrong move) James was always going to take a season or two longer to come through due to his size. Very good player and nice young lad who will go far I hope

thanks name must be a coincidence tbh I am pleased would have more frustrating if we let him go you cannot pick every young player you take a punt on what you think at the time KR saw something FC didn't good on them, long as young hull kids are coming through its great to see at either club and great for the city, it looks like he is out playing and having more of an impact than some of your overseas players he will be on peanuts compared to them so good on him he will hopefully play his way into a better contract this season

Rather have Jordan Cox tbh

Before the saints vs hull Kr game last year a few saints fans were convinced we were looking at Jordan Cox for the 2015 season. No idea how true it is mind.

Hull had him on there scholarship whilst at West hull he was released by hull moved to skirlaugh and was signed on at rovers. He's an hull fan so think he would go if they come in for him

Can't blame Hull for not being interested in him tbh. I played in the same age group as him and he was always huge for his age but that was about it. Always thought he would just be average when the everyone caught him up for size. Trouble is he just kept growing. I was quite surprised I saw he was on the fringes at Rovers but he looks the part so far, so well done Rovers for taking a punt on him.

That said I don't think he'd get a game in our front row atm, but I will watch his development with interest. There's some cracking young front rowers knocking about currently, good for the national team.

Sane played with and against him. Didn't run his weight and with no aggression but he's impressed me this year made the step up

cox is starting to develop into a good player so expect him to end up at leeds, saints or wigan
