So, you expected Pearson to say "We'll be happy with top 8" or "We're aiming for top 4".
I'd much rather have a chairman who sets goals to reach for than one who gripes about losing too much money and "We don't even know if we'll be in Super League next season".
Didn't he also state that his aim was to be a feeder of young talent to top teams?
That's ambition.

How many players have you had to sell to pay the debts this year? Not really a good thing, especially when trumpeting, "We are not a selling club" before shipping out Taylor.
