Got back from Norfolk earlier than anticipated so listened to Humberside over the net. The coverage is laughably bad, they kept playing music over the commentary in the first half and then in the second half switched the signal to what I assume was their normal output of some bloke talking guff and playing Frankie Valli records.
At half time you have the "pleasure" of listening to Lloyd playing pre recorded interviews and then repeating whatever the last line of the interview was, example. Interview concludes with Shorpe's (I think) manager saying; "I'm not happy at all with the referee today" back to Lloyd; "He's not happy with the referee at all".
Repeat process for every single interview.
It was possibly the worst piece of broadcasting I've ever heard.
