Regarding York's home ground. Can anybody tell me exactly when the name Huntington was applied?

Think it was 1996 when local government reorganisation took place. Previoulsy the ground was owned by Ryedale council then became property of City of York Council.

icon_smile.gif Ryedale was a nonsense name which had NO meaning at all to people who live in York it was a typical stupid local council decision to inflict such a meaninless name on the people of York. Ryedale is in the Pickering area. Good riddence to a silly name!
